Multiple Disc
Brakes are totally enclosed mechanical brakes that utilize internal
spring forces to apply the holding force, and hydraulic pressure to
release the holding force. Available in SAE A, B, C or D mounts with
torque ranges from 136 to 2260 N-m (1200 to 20,000 lb-in)and release
pressures from 6.9 to 34.5 bar (100 to 500 psi).
Applications include manlifts, scissor lifts, winches, swing
booms, and other low speed vehicles and equipment.
