Warranty Duration
Products for automotive passenger cars and light trucks are warranted to the owner of the vehicle for which the unit was purchased for a period of twelve (12) months from the original purchase date, or twelve thousand (12,000) miles after installation, whichever comes first. Products for commercial vans and medium duty trucks ( 1 1/2 to 3 tons) are warranted for twelve (12) months or twelve thousand (12,000) miles, whichever comes first. Warranty covers defective materials and workmanship. If there is a warranty issue with your remanufactured unit, simply fill out the warranty form and return it with the unit back to:

To make a claim under this warranty, the product must be returned to Reman Brakes with proof of purchase and the warranty form. The warranty form must be completely filled out by the installer or the original purchaser with information pertaining to defective complaint. During the above warranty period, the unit will either be repaired or replaced, or credit issued, when the unit is returned.

This warranty does not include labor charges, or incidental or consequential damages. In addition, warranty void under the following: improper installation, breakage or damage due careless handling, failure of unit due to oil or gasoline residue entering unit through vacuum lines, dirt entering unit due to faulty air cleaners, failure of unit due to brake fluid entering unit from leaking master cylinder (unless master cylinder was also purchased from Reman Brakes at the same time as the installation of the booster).

All claimed defective units must be sent to us prepaid at the expense of the customer. Upon testing, if the unit is found not to be defective, it will be returned to customer at their expense in the same condition received by us.

This warranty is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties, expressed or implied, arising by operation of law or otherwise, including any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will Prior Remanufacturing be liable for incidental or consequential damages.

This warranty has been drafted to comply with Federal rules issued under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, applicable to products manufactured after December 31, 1976

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

Legal Remedies:
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Exhange (Core) Policy:
These units, furnished on exchange basis, are skillfully rebuilt by trained personnel and all units are thoroughly tested on analyzer before being offered for sale. Core charges are based on normal wear and do not cover broken or missing parts. Any metal parts missing or broken on old units turned in for exchange (core) credit will be billed at catalog prices and charged accordingly. Care should be taken by customer to carefully inspect old unit externally for these conditions to ensure full refund on core charge. Particular care should be taken in checking old units that might be returned disassembled. Listed below are reasons for not receiving full core credit.

• Wrecked, burned or junk units not acceptable for exchange.
• Old units returned missing push rods (either or both pedal and master cylinder rods) will have charges applied on each accordingly.

Units for exchange should be sent in less hose connections, mounting brackets, hydraulic fittings, air cleaners, etc…as you will need them to attach to the unit we are sending.
